Register here to list your property for rent to students and faculty/staff on the USM Off-Campus Housing Website.

Housing Contract Lease Agreements entered into by students between The University of Southern Mississippi and students are binding contracts and commit the students to on campus housing for the entire occupancy period in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Breaking the agreement through cancellation after deadline or other breach of the agreement will result in financial penalty. Some freshmen students are required to reside in campus housing, and freshmen student campus residency may be required for all freshmen in the future (no sooner than Fall 2021 and beginning with the undergraduate Class of 2025). Any new freshmen students subject to an on-campus residency requirement should NOT pursue rental agreements with off campus rental property owners. The listing of rental units on the Off Campus Partners Website is a third-party service provided by Off Campus Partners to local rental property owners as well as students, faculty and staff of The University of Southern Mississippi. The Website service is operated by Off Campus Partners. The University of Southern Mississippi is not responsible for the Off Campus Partners content of this Website nor does The University of Southern Mississippi endorse views expressed on this site. Properties listed on the Website are not inspected or endorsed by The University of Southern Mississippi or Off Campus Partners.
